Delivery & Return Information


At Agri-needs we aim to ensure all packages are delivered promptly and safely. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. If there is a delay with your order for any reason we will contact you. 

Delivery times are 1-3 working days for Rep of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For information on other country delivery times and rates please see the table below.  If your country is not listed and you would like delivery information ahead of placing an order please email us at Additionally there may be extra changes for bulky or heavy items.

Restrictions: Some items are restricted for sale within the Rep of Ireland only. This is marked on the description of the item and should these items be ordered they will be removed and credited against your order following the despatch of any other items on the order.  


If your purchase is not to your liking any part of your order can be returned within fourteen days of delivery.  We must receive your returned items within ten days of when you informed us of your intent to return any item. You can do this via phone or email. Please note that we cannot accept the return of any vaccines.

All returned items must be in original undamaged packaging and in an unused condition. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us. We are not liable for the cost of returning goods.

Damaged deliveries

If your delivery has been damaged in transit you must report it to us by phone within one working day. If your order appears damaged upon delivery, please do not attempt to open it.  If you do open it and subsequently find that items appear damaged please do not attempt to use the items for their intended purpose as they may not work.


Refunds may take up to ten working days to process and appear in your account, depending on the bank you are with. Once returned items have been received and inspected a refund will be issued.
